We consider the overall application rather than relying on credit scores alone. All applications are evaluated in accordance with Fair Housing laws.

  • Security deposits vary based on the property, lease terms, and screening results. The required amount will be confirmed before lease signing and will comply with North Carolina law.

  • You may be able to submit an application before viewing a property. However, we strongly encourage applicants to review the listing details and arrange a showing whenever possible.

  • Processing times depend on the completion of screening reports, verification of information, and receipt of any requested documents. Submitting complete and accurate information helps avoid unnecessary delays.

  • We'll provide instructions for lease signing, payments, renters insurance, utilities, and move-in. Please wait until your lease and move-in date are confirmed before making moving arrangements.

  • We communicate primarily by email. Please check your inbox regularly, including your spam or junk folder, to avoid missing important updates, document requests, or application decisions.
