About H. Cohen Property Management
At H. Cohen Property Management LLC, we believe property management is about more than managing homes. It's about people, relationships, and trust. We're a small, hands-on company, and that's exactly how we like it. We believe in getting to know our clients, being available when they need us, and treating every property with the same care and attention we would give our own.
How It All Started
Sometimes the best business partnerships begin with a great friendship! Hilla and Marla first met while they were both real estate agents at Keller Williams. They attended a training class together, and neither of them knew that day would be the beginning of something special. They connected almost immediately, and what started as a conversation during class grew into a genuine friendship. As they got to know each other, they realized how much they had in common—not just their love for real estate, but also their values, work ethic, and the way they believed people should be treated. So when the opportunity came to work together, becoming business partners just made sense. Today, that friendship is still at the heart of H. Cohen Property Management. They bring their different strengths, shared values, and a little bit of personality to everything they do.
Because to Hilla and Marla, property management isn't just business. It's personal.
